This is an estimate for the entire 2022-2023 winter season and based on the average of the past 5 years of snowfall (5 snowfalls of 4-6" inches of snow).

Price is subject to change if inaccurate information was provided about the size and/or type of property or if multiple visits are needed for the same snowfall.

If it snows less than the seasonal estimate provided, we will issue a refund.

If the number of snowfalls exceeds 5, customers will be charged additionally for each snowfall. This additional charge will be based on the inches of snow and the same criteria as the contract.

The advantage of locking in a seasonal contract is these customers get the best rates and we prioritize these homes over all other same day and next day appointments.

Each snowstorm is different and there is a lot of logistical planning. In the event of a snowfall, you're more than welcome to email our customer service team and receive a status update.

The service included in the season contract and same day appointments include one snow removal and ice management per snowfall. If more cleanup is required after the service, an additional fee will be charged.

We currently service all of Essex and Bergen counties. If you are outside of this region and would like to take advantage of our service, please feel free to contact us with your location. We’d love to accommodate you if we can!

Yes, you can easily cancel your reservation by reaching out to our support team by email at support@rinseauto.com.

There are no cancellations available within 24 hrs of your reservation. If you do choose to cancel your reservation within this 24 hour time period, you will be charged the full amount.

Yes all of our equipment and snow removal specialists are fully licensed and insured.

If there is ever damage to your property that is caused by our snow removal specialists during your appointment, we will work with you to ensure that it is taken care of.

All of our snow removal specialists are appropriately compensated for their hard work and you are under no obligation to tip. You do, however, have the option of providing a tip if you feel that you've received exceptional service. 100% of your tips will go directly to our team.
